The kind of food I like to cook is the type that the family wants to eat. Not about flashy, fancy, show-off food, just simplicity. Tricky, complicated meals are not my style. The kind of food that I cook is plain home cooked food that everyone can cook in their own kitchens, with or without a view. The kind of food that I cook is not five-star restaurant food. If I wanted five-star food, I would go to a five-star restaurant.
