Truffle oil and ponzu dressing

This is a delicious salad dressing kind of east meets west. I made this dressing for my salad so often other than salt-olive oil-balsamic. Please try it at home. So healthy and so yummy. Incredibly delicious. On any kind of salads just drizzle this ponzu sauce and truffle oil as desired. I prefer this dressing on fresh tomatoes and rocket leaves.



Ponzu sauce
50 ml mirin
50 ml soy sauce
30 ml lemon juice
3 cm piece konbu seaweed
Put the mirin in a saucepan and bring it to boil then lower the heat and continue cooking for 2 minutes to burn off alcohol. Then remove from the heat
Add the soy sauce, lemon juice and konbu.
Leave it to cool then remove the konbu and refrigerate. It can be used up for 1 week.
