Fish tacos the way we like

We like mexican food but we only know a few mexican dishes. Taco is a simple mexican dish that I can make at home. I adjusted the taste to the way we like it. Fresh and simple. I couldn't ask for more. Simple is the best after all. My kids love it so much.

4 TBSP olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
1 TBSP chopped cilantro
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp of black pepper
1/4 tsp of chili flakes
1/2 tsp of dried oregano
400 g fish fillets
8 corn tortillas or taco shells
150 g cherry tomatoes, cut into half and seasoned with seasalt
2 avocados, peeled, pitted and diced

1/4 sour cream
1/4 whipping cream
pinch of salt

Mexican crema
combine sour cream, whipping cream and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, and set it at room temperature for 1-3 hours.

Marinate the fish
Pour the olive oil into a bowl and the chili flakes, oregano, chopped cilantro, chopped garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix well. Place the fish on a dish and pour the marinade over it. Making sure to coat the fish on both sides. Marinade for 20 mins.

Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Put the fish into the pan. Cook for 4 minutes on each side. Remove the fish from the pan and flake the fish with a fork. Check for seasoning.

Heat the tortillas. To assemble the tacos, place the flaked fish onto the center of a tortilla. Top with tomatoes, avocado and creama.
