Half boiled eggs are CP's favorite thing for breakfast and I enjoy cooking for him. My version of half boiled eggs, the sizes of the eggs and the timing are the key to success. I made this so often I get it right every time. Yum!
Put 2 Eggs (weight about 50-55g each) in the heavy bottom saucepan. Pour boiling water to just cover the eggs and leave uncovered for 14 -15 minutes. And the eggs are ready. Serve immediately with Maggie sauce and freshly ground black pepper.
